• Schedule and conduct home assessments and service visits
• Build and maintain your Digital Home Manual
• Communicate with you about your service, appointments, and account
• Send portal access codes and authentication links
• Process quotes, invoices, and payments

3. Home Documentation & Your Digital Home Manual

The home information we collect — including room dimensions, paint colors, system details, appliance records, and maintenance history — is your data. It is stored in your private member portal and is accessible only to you and authorized Sovereign staff. This information is never shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, including in a home sale transfer scenario.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Cloudflare's D1 database infrastructure, hosted in the United States. Access to your data is protected by:

• Cryptographically signed session tokens with time-limited expiry
• Server-side authentication required for all data access
• Encrypted transmission (HTTPS) for all data in transit
• Role-based access controls limiting which staff can see which data

No security system is perfect. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable law.

5. Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional emails from Sovereign Home Solutions, including appointment confirmations, portal access codes, service updates, and invoices. We comply with CAN-SPAM requirements. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal information
